🛒 Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Debit & credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex…)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay
    Payments are securely processed by Stripe and Shopify Payments.


2. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We never store credit card information.
All payments are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant systems.


3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes—if the order has not been shipped yet.
Once the order is processed or handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.


4. I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?

Contact us within 12 hours after placing the order.
After fulfillment, changes cannot be made.



📦 Shipping

5. How long does shipping take?

🇺🇸 United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

  • Express (if available): 3–7 business days

🌍 International:

  • Standard: 10–20 business days

  • Express: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.


6. Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.


7. What if I entered the wrong address?

If the order is not shipped yet, contact us immediately.
We cannot change the address once the package is shipped.

If the address is incorrect and the package is lost or returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


8. What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

First check with:

  • Neighbors

  • Family members

  • Local post office

  • Security desk (if applicable)

If still missing, contact us—we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.
Stolen packages marked as “delivered” are not eligible for a refund.



🔄 Returns & Refunds

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


10. How do I request a return?

Email us at support@jotyflopay.shop with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Reason for return

We will reply with return instructions.


11. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to the original payment method.


12. Can I exchange an item?

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Contact us and we will arrange a replacement.



🔐 Security & Fraud

13. Why was my order flagged for verification?

Our system (via Stripe/Shopify) may flag orders due to:

  • Billing/shipping mismatch

  • Unusual purchasing behavior

  • VPN/proxy usage

  • Suspicious device activity

We may request a quick verification to protect you from fraud.


14. Will my order be canceled if I don’t verify?

If we cannot verify the order, it may be canceled and refunded for security reasons.
