1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the Return & Refund Policy stated here.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✔ The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
✔ Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
✔ The item must include all accessories/manuals
✔ You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email)

We do NOT accept returns if:

❌ The item has been used or damaged by the customer
❌ Original packaging is missing
❌ The item was a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” product
❌ The return request was submitted more than 14 days after delivery


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at support@jotyflopay.shop

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • Reason for return

  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

⚠ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item was defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrived damaged

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Attach photos/videos showing the issue

  • We will offer:
    ✔ A replacement
    ✔ A full refund
    ✔ Or another suitable solution

We may contact the carrier for investigation.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 3–10 business days (Stripe/Bank dependent)

Important Stripe Policy:
Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used during checkout.

We cannot:

❌ Refund to a different card
❌ Refund to PayPal if paid by card
❌ Issue cash refunds


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider (processing may take time)

  3. If still not received after 10 business days, email us:

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
If the order has already been processed or handed to the carrier, cancellation will not be possible.

You may still request a return after receiving the item.


9. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:
